Today we are spotlighting one of our CityShape studios, CORE Strong Fitness. Benefits of Suspension Training and why you should be doing it!

TRX Suspension Training is a method of using your body weight as resistance, which increases your core muscle activation and response in any exercise you preform! By using your body-weight you are able to tap into more benefits from resistance training than can conventional training provide. TRX Suspension training is the main focus of functional training at CORE Strong Fitness, but TRX is more than just straps. It’s a training method that utilizes foundational movements across multiple modalities that delivers awesome results!

Research shows GREATER abdominal muscle activation in every exercise with the TRX Suspension Trainer.

This means that you may be doing a bicep curl to work your guns, but you’re working out your six-pack at the same time!
